Interviewed for a news show, they were very communicative and even provided an interview guide for me to help prepare ahead of time. Interviewers were very nice, gave me the option to ask questions at the end. Be sure to have specific anecdotes and examples in your answers.

Why are you interested in this role? What do you like about news? Do you have any interest in a specific beat? Tell me about a time you failed and what you learned. Are you comfortable handling sensitive information and do you have an example of a time when you had to? What skills would you bring to this role? Tell me about a time you had to work with time sensitive deadlines.
I met with the head of the department in an informal setting and we walked through my resume. We communicated via email to set it up. I had the interview about a month before the job started.
