Had several rounds of phone calls, just the usual, very formal and nothing out of the ordinary. Basic questions with recruiters regarding career history and experience. They were courtaeous and nice.

Pretty fair, virtual for first round, no answer back after 2nd round. Would have been nice to have received something back after waiting two weeks or so. Most are like this though
