Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en NBCUniversal (New York, NY) en feb 2020
Entrevista
Upon submitting me resume and cover letter, I was invited to skip the typical initial one-way video stage and they brought me directly on-site for my first round, which was encouraging. In person, I met with two managers and one director. Lasted 1.5 hours. What I liked is that they not only interviewed me for the role, but each took a substantial amount of time to, in a sense, allow me to "vet" them too; they each went over the scope of the role in detail, and opened the floor for lots of questions based on anything I wanted to know.
Next, I was invited back for a two-in-one for the final round, in which HR was also included and I didn't have to come back a third time. I felt that was a good sign. Again, everyone was spectacular. 1.5 hours. Similarly, the conversations were a mixture of teaching me about the Ad Sales landscape and asking about my background. That was a Friday. They asked for references on Monday. I got an offer Tuesday.

Great communication, very professional. They made you feel very comfortable. First round was a 10 minute screen call. Then a 30 minute interview with TA and then another 30 minute call with someone on the team.

I had an internal referral and only had a first-round interview, so I am unsure how many rounds there are! My first interview was a one-on-one Microsoft Teams 30-minute interview with a recruiter.

Can you name a time when you agreed to do something at work when you had a lot on your plate already?
My interview was about 30 minutes. I had prepared myself for the role by researching the company as well as more in-depth on the role. This made the overall mood of the interview easy and comfortable.
