I applied online and was then sent an invitation to participate in their video interview conducted via a webcam. Questions were pretty easy: Why NBC? Favorite program? Company who has a great marketing strategy...and so forth. There were also a couple written responses. Then about 2 weeks after the video interview I was then invited for an in person interview. I interviewed with 2 of the head directors at E! network. Very laid back - it felt more like a conversation. They said that they would make their decision in 2 weeks and they did as they said. Unfortunately I did not receive the position.
