Went through 5 interviews only for them to hire internally. I interviewed with the person I would be directly working under and it went phenomenal. Heard right back from the recruiter after that about how well it went. Had another interview with Maureen who wasn’t even in the country at the time and clearly wasn’t paying attention to anything I was saying and she was the reason I didn’t get the job. Recruiter said she didn’t think I was a good choice when I had 4 other amazing interviews. Don’t waste your time.
