Interview was simple, over the phone. Asked my work history and experience in automotive parts and if I had any customer service experience. Within a week got a call back and got hired after drug test and back ground was all good.

Simple process, phone interview to get to know one another follwed by a sit down with hiring manager. I declined the followuo interview as in was nkt a good fit for me

It was easy, they just ask work history and are you willing to learn. They also do background and drug test. Only one interview with store manager. It was an easy process.
