When I was first contacted to do the interview, things seemed to be moving fast. I did 3 rounds like I was told, then after my 3rd round I was asked to complete a self assessment, after that I was asked to do a final round again. i felt like there was a lack of transparency along the process. Then, I was pretty much ghosted afterwards, even after I asked for updates and was told I would hear back by a certain date but I did not. I was very disappointed with the way this was handled.
