There was an telephonic general interview with the Director of the company followed by an interview at the company site. Although the people were nice the interview procedure was pretty unprofessional with some lack of communication between the interviewing committee and HR. They also made a promise to give a response in less than a week, which I did not ask for, and I got the final decision after more than one and a half months. During the interview I also had to impression that the decision was already made before my interview, which does not explain the late response . But hey, impression is subjective 😊.

There is nothing wrong with interview progress and content. The main problem is the company is not professional about post interview progress. It is almost 2 months and there is still no feedback.
