I applied the job and they send me an online exam, including derivatives, monte carlo, pdf, IT, 46 questions for 90mins. And after successfully answer these questions they ask me for an on site interview. The interview experience is quite bad. No introduction about the company, no introduction about the team, they dig deeply to my CV since the start and I don't even do a self-presentation. The question is out of range for a junior position, the PDE for asian option and the longstaff-schwartz for american option, For the longstaff actually I answered it and tell them the details but they just trying to nikpick and find fault from my answer. after that they said they want to find a engineer diplome. (Actually I am and I don't know how do they think, really ridiculous) . After all, I feel like they are deep proud of their top 20(ENSIMAG) engineer diplome (both the manager and collaborator are from ENSIMAG) and can't accept an candidate from ECP : )
