I actually interviewed for a different role and was referred to this one. From the beginning until almost the end, communication was clear and direct. The panelists and interviewers gave specific, direct feedback and clearly viewed the product I was tasked to do before the appointed time. My time and attention were respected and I understood that they took the process seriously from the beginning. Communication was perfect and prompt until I was referred again to another role. I was told that the role may still be a possibility should the referral not pan out, but I'll acknowledge that the fact that the other department taking over a month to process through all of the interviews with me may have taken that option off of the table. I should have never agreed to transferring my application. Even if this department had rejected me, I could've moved on with my life and career search and used my time wisely instead of being strung around. This team is super well organized. They gave me an amazing first impression of the company that even endured the next interview process and a rejection.
