Did a screening interview -- the questions were standard about my interest and experience. Typical of HR, not much interaction on the questions. After nearly 30 minutes, the interviewer reviewed salary requirements and found we are way off. I would have liked to have a qualification question earlier on to ensure we are not both wasting our time.
