Applied online and received a response the next day to begin the process by uploading video responses to 3 prompts. Received invite to 30 min interview with recruiter. Very Pleasant. Next step was a 45 min interview with a coach in a different track than I was applying for. I sent follow up questions and didn't get a response before I was informed I wasn't selected to continue because of a lack of coaching experience. I had all of the qualifications listed in the job posting. Coaching was not one of them. This is a professional apprenticeship program for an analytical role. To reference a 5-21-21 review, it doesn't seem that they were looking for professional success or technical skills. They didn't ask me any follow up questions about coaching or mentoring, which I don't put on my resume since it was informal and/or many years ago. I believe in their mission and hope they are successful. I hope they revisit how they choose candidates.
