Entrevista
First there was a screening call with a recruiter, then a zoom call with a different recruiter, then an in person interview. It was an interview panel, everyone one was fine but the interviewers seemed very dry, borderline rude.
First interviews start with phone screener and online, those were pretty standard. However, the in-person interview was definitely more difficult. The questions were tougher and interviewers were more serious and less friendly.
Interview process included some very insightful questions, unfortunately, from the beginning of the interview, the interviewer came off as disinterested and unengaged, creating a. tense and unenjoyable experience, would not recommend.
