it was a good interview with basic simple questions. versant test through phone.. one on one interview with the hr manager. need good communication skills. need to be flexible to work in shifts. very easy interview. can be cracked easily. you need to be confident.

I applied through a recruiting agency, and they helped me to go directly for HR interview followed by operations round which was held at the agency itself, then after selection they called me to the HQ for the induction
