I responded to an ad online via email and got a call from the manager to meet the next day. I met with the manager in the main room he was very nice. He asked me to tell him about myself and my work history. It was more of a conversation than an interview. He told me about the industry, company, and job and showed me around the sales office. He offered me the job and I began the next day.
