I met with the market leader after working with another branch manager. it was fairly informal but very informational. This position is a self driven job, if you don't think you can go out and produce the LO position is probably not for you. I switched industries knowing that I liked finance and networking is easy for me. We spoke about my past sales experience and how it would translate into the mortgage world. I would by far recommend that you find someone you know at Movement and speak to them first, employee referrals are a very easy way to feel out the company and get an opportunity to work with Movement.

Thoughtful, taken into account the whole person. Excellent company experience. Looking for experience in relationship building. Very people focused company, their motto is love and value, and they show that to their employees through careful and considerate coaching, benefits programs that are very supportive. All over a supportive environment to work in.
They recruited me and provided me with a good offer. They gave me a large sales pitch on their culture and company. I was overall impressed by their offering and accepted.

Waste of time interviewing with different people for weeks. the “market leader” seems unqualified and is a leader only on title. After reading the reviews, I am now certain that its a place for newbies and industry misfits.
