Applied at first, then had to wait a few weeks to hear back. I am assuming that they had to wait until it got actually busy and they needed more people. First, I received a short phone "screening" which was followed by an in-person short interview. After that you attend orientation for two or three days to see if you are a good fit (you also received training). After that you go on the field and are in training for a few weeks.
