Cold and unfriendly process of application. Applied and messaged the person who’s name was on the email (to confirmed they received my application). Was ghosted for months when I followed up for an update. Then received a cold and worthless email to say the job has been filled. Saw on LinkedIn that the position went to someone in Pakistan (to recruit in the UK) who has never been in one job for longer than 8 months.
