First step was HR phone screen, followed by phone interview with Team Lead. Final step was an on-site interview with 2 team leads of department, HR, Department Manager, and a team lead and manager of another department. Each in person interview was about 30 minutes. The phone interviews were 30-45 minutes.
Everyone I spoke with seemed very present and showed a genuine interest in the interview. It felt at times as if I was having a casual conversation as opposed to a formal interview. I was asked multiple times what I do outside of work which was a first for me. The on-site interview involved most of the team on video chat at their Boston office.
The office itself is very nice and is the typical "open" space. The first thing I noticed was a modern brown sofa type thing that looks like a great napping spot if it were acceptable. There were not many people there at the time and it was fairly quiet.
