Group Actvity + group presentation where they rate you by your interaction with your team members.
Then individual presentation to your interviewers, I had two managers interviewing me; follow by formal interview. I was really pleased by the whole assessment process, although it took the whole day but you really get to feel how Important you meant to them, you are not just a number.

Very structured with classic strengths/weaknesses based questions, what motivates you, why you applied to the company etc. A couple of technical questions including on safety and risk but nothing requiring calculations.

The first step involved doing many things as a group - in other words, a group exercise. Together, as a group, we did group-esque things such as group activities. Then I participated in an interview in which my behaviour was assessed in a non-technical manner - commonly referred to as an interview. Hope this helps!

They asked me an interesting question about my hobbies outside of my work/student life. I really enjoy doing things outside of work, like my hobbies - which include active exercises.
