Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that your interview experience did not meet expectations, as we always aim to ensure our recruitment process is professional, fair, and respectful.
For context, our interviewers do look for candidates to demonstrate an understanding of MotorEasy and the role applied for, as well as present themselves appropriately for a corporate sales position. In this instance, the interviewer suggested jeans and a hoodie was not appropriate and limited knowledge of both the business and the role, made it difficult to properly assess suitability.
That said, we take all feedback seriously and will use this to continue improving how we conduct our interviews, ensuring candidates feel respected and supported throughout the process. We wish you the best of luck in your career.
