      1. They hire kids Straight out of college with zero to limit sales experience. Don’t waste people’s time with 3 interviews. Presentation and role play.... Don’t tell someone with over 3 years of sales experience (over 800k in new business revenue 2017-2018 through cold calling) that you aren’t the right fit due to a “stronger role play”. Utterly unprofessional and just another “foot soldier” atmosphere. Because at the end of the day you are just another foot soldier. I recommend not wasting candidates time with a 3 interviews. Just Keep hiring kids straight out of college with limited to no sales experience. It will save the corporate recruiters time.....

      30-ish minutes for a phone screen, then a 1st round face-to-face at their office in coconut creek and then final face-to-face where you did a presentation and cold call role play. you meet with many different people on the team, which gives you a great understanding of the business and office environment.

      Long but maintained communication through out. After 6 rounds (Phone interview in Madrid, Phone interview from USA, 2* F2F in Madrid office, 2* Skype interview ) the team from USA notified of not being selected which is okay. However the last Skype interview with the team based in the UK seemed arrogant, unprofessional & displayed an attitude of genius who did not even have the basic manners to face the Cam whilst conducting interview.

      Thank you for taking the time to interview with MotionPoint. Additionally, thank you for providing constructive feedback on our recruiting process. Our business is growing quickly and it’s imperative that we do an outstanding job of finding and on-boarding world-class talent. Clearly, the interview process took far too long in your case, leaving you with a less than favorable impression of our company. We apologize for our mis-step. After reviewing your experience from April (almost 1 year ago), we are encouraged that several aspects you highlighted have already been addressed. At the time you interviewed, the office was still less than a year old and we did not yet have a Madrid-based resource focused on recruiting. Since making this improvement, we’ve substantially increased the processing speed from application to decision. While we’ve accelerated the decision-making timeline, we do still require multiple interactions (between phone and in-person interviews) before we get to that decision. While we appreciate that this is a significant time investment – for both the candidate and for MotionPoint – we believe everyone benefits when we do the work needed to get the decision right. Your comment about the interview you had with the person in London is disappointing. This too has been corrected, as that person no longer works at MotionPoint. Thank you again for your feedback and best wishes to you both personally and in your career!
