- First stage was a telephone interview covering fundamental front end knowledge. - Second stage was a technical test, 2 hours to complete: clone repo, write a module to make tests page. Fairly straightforward data structure transformations - Third stage was a face-to-face interview with tech (engineers, CTO, etc). Involved another test, data sorting in a React app, TDD. - Fourth stage was interviews with senior management, personality / fit meeting. I liked the interview process. No whiteboard interview, conversational, with good technical questions. Hard to prepare for because it's somewhat freeform.

I was approached by Mosaic Smart Data Recruiter on LinkedIn and asked for my C.V, then after few weeks he replied to arrange an initial phone interview with him, the call was friendly and Bradley was down to earth and helped me to feel comfortable, after that I had a test with the team, where I should review a code repository and another PR and answer questions regarding the code, there were two stages first one focused on the main branch the other one focused on the PR, both interviews were friendly and I didn't feel under any pressure and I could answer all the questions, and the interviewers also answer all my questions, lastly I had an interview with the UX lead, COO and CEO and all of them were very friendly and the conversation went very well.
