I was contacted by a recruiter to set up a call to go over a few interested positions. Once I spoke with the recruiter, the interviewing process began to see if I was a good fit. About a month passed after my 1st interview without any update, until I reached out and asked for one. Which then turned into rejection.

I met the recruiters at a career fair and applied online. They emailed me to schedule a phone interview. No technical questions, mostly behavioral questions. Asked about projects and leadership experience.
