Perhaps one of the most unprofessional experiences that I have had interviewing. Initial phone screen with person A went well. They said they would reach out about next steps with with person B. There was a delay but eventually person B reached out asking for me to schedule another call with person A. I asked if this was correct, as it seemed like a clerical error. I sent messages to both A and B to be safe. No responses. I schedule the call with A just to be safe. No communication at all and then 30-60 minutes before the call and he cancels without reason. A simple rejection would have been nice. They came across as completely disorganized, stringing people along, and wasting people's time with no respect for job candidates.
