Long but everyone is super friendly and easy to talk to.
There were about 4 rounds, the final round being a case study with the final candidates. This is usually done in person but mine was conducted via zoom over the pandemic.

The role revolves around data collection from listed company & startups annual reports, as per set pre-defined rules.

This is simple in nature, quite easy revolves around basic finance topics & aptitude questions.

The Morningstar interview process was well-structured and efficient. The interviewers were professional, asked relevant questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Overall, the interview was a positive experience and was done back to back.
