one week later, I got on-site interview. I interviewed with 7 managers. The whole interview took 2 hrs. They asked a lot about why do you want to work in finance field. How do you handle conflicts with customers? what do you like about your previous internship and what do you dislike about the internship. Have you done any project about financial planning? What is the big difference between good leader and bad leader?

After submitting an application, I quickly received an invitation for a pre-recorded interview. You have about 20 seconds to think of a reply and immediately record a 60-second response to the question. The questions were very broad, like "why should we hire you?" and "why do you like Morningstar?"
