Entrevista
The first step is a phone interview with HR. They will generally call and leave a voicemail, but are also responsive via email. If you make it past HR, the next step is by a 2.5 hour in person interview with 4-5 people.

Behavioral mixed with industry-specific questions. Each interview lasted for about an hour and was conducted first by junior associates, and then senior associates/the team manager. Took a while to hear a response.

2 - Form Filling (regarding shift preference)
3 - Interview 1

Finance related questions and about shift preference
Basics of ESG in the first round, followed by a more in-depth question answer in the subsequent round. And the final round was the HR round who assessed my readiness to accept the job
