Entrevista
Pretty comprehensive and addressed all the queries and concerns. It involved first a skill test which is a standard. Second round was 1-1 with the MD as the company was still new in Mumbai. The gentleman was a very warm and not intimidating.

It was mostly about past experience and my career goals moving ahead. They wanted to know what kind of work environment prevailed at previous companies. Also how adaptable I was to new environments and how would i contribute towards the positive company environment.

i applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Morningstar (Chicago, IL) in December 2016.The overall hiring process was excellent. HR team and Tech Team is very professional they want to see if you're the right fit for the team and company.

Scenario based questions- Clients having certain issues and how you go about resolving it? What if you cant resolve it?
Tech round- Resume based. Questions based on the technology and devices they currently have.

Entrevista
Had a test for 90 minutes asking how I will solve specific issues relating to data validation. I was asked to write program, not necessarily the right syntax, but to give an overall idea of how it can be programmed. Later, discussed the test and answers to know how I was thinking about solving the problem. After that, it was general HR related questions.

I got the interview through a inner referral, was contacted in one day. A phone interview. haven't gone to the technical interview yet. That phone interview lasts about half a hour.
