I applied for their diversity scholarship program. They invited me for an interview a month later. The interview took place next day over the phone. It was a two on one. The unexpected question was questions about QE.
It was beneficial that I listened to bloomberg new every morning and was able to answer the questions.

Applied online needed to submit resume, cover letter and transcript. Then received Hirevue; Hirevue had 5 questions regarding the firm, fit and markets. Then received Phone Interview, and In-person final round interview (3 back to back interviews)

Entrevista
I received a 1st round phone interview through my university's recruiting team at MS. They were very flexible with scheduling it. I waited for a very long while after the 1st round to find out that I was not getting invited to a superday (final round). However, my university's recruiting team at MS were really helpful and all the analysts and associates I spoke with were willing to take out the time to speak with me, which I really appreciated.

Entrevista
It was a superday with three back to back interviews. Two of the interviews were mostly behavioral while the other one was more technical. The walls were thin and I could hear other people's interviews going on right next to me.
