On-site with the country manager, interview was around 30 mins, asked about previous experiences, how we conduct end-to-end recruitment work. Talked about salary, company environment etc. Overall, the interview is pretty chill and the interviewer is friendly.

I applied to one of the vacancies in their website. I received a phone call to arrange a face to face interview. Once I arrived to the office, I needed to wait for more than 30 minutes. The interview was directly with the Managing Director of the Executive Search business unit, so I assume this is a normal practice. He apologised and we started an interview checking my background. The last stage of the interview was about how I would define myself and how those working with me would define me. Since we had some professional acquaintance in common I presume those references were checked (no documents signed in order to formally allow it).
