The interview process took around 2 weeks. It started with an initial phone call, followed by a follow up phone call and then an in person interview. I was asked to prepare a practical for the in person interview which consisted of a social media strategy presentation with some example posts with custom design & copy. I was also asked to prepare a blog post that is optimized for SEO. They were incredibly nice to interview with and very informative. Although I was not offered a position, it was a great experience & would be a great place to work.
