Wrote an essay and answered some IQ questions. Quite chill interview and nice interviewer. No technical questions but more on want to understand your personality and your interests in this company.

it only took me 2 hours to complete the whole process, interviewer is very friendly and prior to interview you have to complete an essay and answer some questions on the form and after the interview they will get back to you via email withing 3 weeks time
