- Initial call from the recruiter to tell them about my work history, etc. - Then a zoom call with the Team Lead. - After that they sent an online 3 hour codility test with 3 questions for each of the following topics (React, node.js, mongodb), their test is setup in a way that shows that some test failed but doesn't tell you which tests and what they check, forcing you to waste time trying to change things randomly in hopes that these tests pass, at least give a title to the failing test. - I was told that the next step was a follow up to the online test, going more in depth, which was not the case entirely, instead it was a system design/whiteboard physical interview with the Team lead and an "Architect" that was very condesending, disrespectful, and made me feel uncomfortable. Even when I answered things correctly, he would twist my words just to show he "knows better", I felt like he judged me the moment he saw me and decided I wasn't going to pass. no matter what.
