Had a screening with recruiter that went well, and he said I should watch my email as my next interview booking will come through shortly. No email came. I was ghosted after this - sent a follow up email to which I didn't get a response.

The process is too subjective. The questions asked basically are trying to tease out one specific answer they are looking for and is repetitive between interviews. Poor representation of minority in interview panel.
