The interview process was very thorough - tough but fair. It consisted of a panel interview with most of the upper management asking many questions about me and my experience. The second interview was a few days later and they asked me to prepare a presentation on their flagship product, so I had to prepare a presentation on 24hrs notice. The CEO and the rest of the management team were present during my presentation so it was stressful. It went well and afterwards they asked me a lot of questions about myself and past experiences. My preparation was rewarded and I was offered the job later the same day.
