The interview process started with a deep dive into my resume and previous project experience. The interviewers asked detailed questions about the technical work I had done, including my responsibilities, the challenges I faced, and how I approached problem-solving in past projects. A significant portion of the interview also focused on behavioral questions. They asked about teamwork, how I handle multiple priorities, communication in cross-functional settings, and how I deal with difficult situations or setbacks. Overall, the interviewers were very kind, patient, and supportive throughout the conversation, which made the experience much more comfortable. Toward the end, we also had a discussion about potential career paths, growth opportunities, and how this role could align with my long-term professional goals.
