5 different video calls interview and 2 tests. One technical test and 5 general interviews about clients management and again technical questions. A first interview, then 2 tests and 4 video calls.

data assignment (basic excel formulas, basic questions), written questions (example of when you set and achieved a goal, 3 words people would use you to describe you)
I completed all the steps but one person during the second interview decided that I wasn’t qualified for the job (I have been successfully managing multiple accounts for more than 2 years), but they asked me to continue with the other interviews. The last person did not ask me anything because he did not want to repeat the questions the other colleague already asked (it was just because the second guy had already decided) after all of this they just sent me an email without even explaining why they didn’t give me the job and when I replied asking for more info no one got back to me.
Lots of good questions, good communication prior and after, friendly interviews. It was a good clear process the entire time and each person was interested in getting to know me and why I would be good for the role

Entrevista
Met with the hiring manager - spoke highly of the company. Seemed very rushed and didn't want to ask me many questions about myself. Asked multiple questions about the process, also seemed confused when the position would start.
Very clear, 2 interviews but one was 1 hour and 30 minutes but was good because I spoke to 3 people on the team. Very fast and very clear process. Recruiter was very quick and shared a lot about the role
