Very unprofessional. Had two rounds, which I thought went very well. Was promised an offer and then the hiring manager went completely off the radar. My several attempts to get in touch with them were ignored. If there are going in a different direction that's fine but should have the decency to respond and let the candidate know, instead of blanking them. In all job postings, they specifically mention no ghosting, but their actions clearly show it is NOT a company to be trusted.
