The interview process was very clear and transparent, consisting of five stages: 1-Initial video call with HR (30 mins). 2-Video call with the Hiring Manager (45 mins). 3-Video call with Team Member 1 (45 mins). 4-Video call with Team Member 2 (45 mins). 5-Video call with the Managing Director (45 mins). I knew from the beginning that these would be the stages because the HR person provided me with a clear guide, as part of the MongoDB candidate portal, outlining what to expect. I must say that I am very happy and satisfied with how MongoDB treats its candidates and with the overall interview experience.
