Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en MongoDB (New York, NY)
Entrevista
Met a recruiter at my university campus. Initial non-technical phone screening with recruiter. Short 45 min skype technical interview with two relatively simple questions. On-site technical interview of about three hours, including lunch with new grads and 4 technical screenings, each on a varied topic. Interviewers were friendly and encouraging for the most part.

1. Applied online as well as got an intern referral
2. 25 minute phone call interview with recruiter was very pleasant. Call was to gauge interest in the work MongoDB does.
Did not make it to final round. Communication was very clear and had a fast turnaround.

Really good and well structured interview process. The recruiters replied within a day max if not sooner, the interviewers were all invested and did not come across as cocky. Other companies should really look at MongoDB's interview process to know what a good end to end process/pipeline looks like.
