The MongoDB's interview process is outstanding! Even if it requires a lot of effort, since you are going to join a company leaded by strong values, I was always supported by the hiring manager during the entire process. It started with a psychometric test followed by on-line and on-site interviews with the Regional Director and the VP. Finally I joined the Challenge! This was a great experience for both and it helps to understand if MongoDB is the right place to be and where you can success.
