The interview process was refreshing, quite a quick, the quality of the interviewers was excellent and in actual fact culturally was a big tick for me as i know i would be working with high quality people. The process included 3 steps, 1. 3 phone interviews, 2. Written assignment, 3. Business case presentation. After going the process i realised i know everyone that goes through this process and is successful are going to be high quality talent.
