I applied in March 2021. I received a follow-up from a recruiter in May 2021 for an initial screening call.
The screening call went well and I progressed to the next round, which was a coding test. I passed the second round and was scheduled for a panel of virtual interviews. The virtual panel took half a day (around 4 hours) and consisted of 4 more interviews. I met with people from software engineering, infrastructure engineering, and management. Topics ranged from coding to personality/behavioral questions.
After completing the panel, I received a boilerplate rejection email 2 days after. The process itself was exceptionally long. After dedicating a lot of time, I would've appreciated some personal feedback instead of a boilerplate rejection. Other than that, the recruiting team was cordial.
