I had a call scheduled, had put in the time to researching the company and prepping for the phone interview. Time allocated rolled round and radio silence, I never got a call. When I followed up with the recruiter via email he never responded until the day after just saying he was free the following day if I was still interested. No apology, no explanation as to why he didn't bother calling me. The job market is hard enough as it is at the minute without having your time wasted like this. Super unprofessional especially for a company of this scale.
