For me I honestly thought the interview went extremely well. From what the recruiter was telling me about the position, I was a perfect fit and it's what I have been doing for over 9 years with my current employer and had vast experience. They spent more time going through all my roles over the years in detail which is already highlighted in my CV and on Linkedin. More structured and challenging questions would of been a better approach to this screening to get a deeper insight into who I am. Few days passed and I received an email stating they were looking for a candidate with more experience. I have 9 years experience, how much more do you want? If you wanted a candidate with more than 9 years experience then this should of been highlighted in the job description. Then to be told they are looking for someone with SaaS experience and who worked for a SaaS company. If they read my CV correctly and viewed my Linkedin page they would of seen my experience I have on SaaS including my certifications. I also work for one of the biggest SaaS company's in the world. The feedback just made no sense to me and seemed very ameatur in my opinion. I then see on Linkedin that the role was filled with a person with less than 3 years experience and worked at a SaaS company for less than 18 months. Just makes no sense whatsoever.

Recruiter reached out to me back in October. Had various interviews and was a very start/stop process. Original recruiter was fired, one of the team members I interviewed with left the company. No one would explain why or what happened with them. Company would go on hiring freeze and week later, no more freeze. Red flags everywhere. Final round was a presentation round which is a lot of effort for an interview process. They expect you to know their product inside/out during the presentation when this is only an interview. Overall, declined offer as the interview process is indicative of the company and believe I dodged a bullet.

Company makes very positive impression and two people I had a pleasure to speak with were highly professional. After speaking with recruiter and team leader unfortunately I never received any feedback about next stage or disqualification, lack of communication at that stage was a bit disappointing.

Process was thorough and organized, there is an interviewee portal used that details where you are in the process, who you've met with, who you're going to meet with, and any reference materials needed to complete each step. Communication was reliable throughout the process.
