4 interview rounds 1 - recruiter, phone call 2 - hiring manager, phone call 3 - onsite with two senior people 4 - business case with 10-15 hours preparation time in advance, then present onsite for 3 senior people Both a sourcer and a recruiter reached out to me to get me into the hiring process and the phone call with the hiring manager and the onsite interview with the two senior people went really well and they both immediately said they'd like me to go to the final round and a recruiter will be in contact with the business case. They require every candidate to set aside 10-15 hours of preparation for a job you might get, and you've already spent a lot of prep time for the other interviews, so this was pushing the limit much for a role which isn't senior. However, they only want people who are already in a job. If you stopped your current job, they will shut down the process with you if they find out. The 10-15 hours is something that must be prepared in 1-2 weeks beside your normal full time job.

Very hard and long process. First you have an interview with the hiring manager, then you have personalty quiz to check what kind of person you are, then logical test. Once you finish you need to prepare for the challenge. You get a scenario you need to read and prepare to and then to present a challenge deck. You better know MEDDICC before, second and third level questions and show that you are coachable and looking for feedback.
