The interview process was multi-stage. It included a phone screen with the hiring manager, followed by an in-person interview with that person. I then had one on one interviews with each of the two lines of management above the hiring manager, a technical screen with a senior team member and a one on one with one of the Sales Leaders. The final step in the process was the "SA Challenge" which was a presentation pitching MongoDB to ~3 people, some of whom I had met during the interviews.

They told me that there are 5 rounds interviews in the process 1. HR screening 2. Hiring manager inteview 3. Team interview (salesperson) 4. Solution Architect director interview 5. Director of sales interview
