Hiring manager was great - informative conversations and enthusiastic. Several meeting led to a "panel interview", where you were to present on their solution in the absence of any deck provided and prior to hiring/training. Very unusual. Also culture at the panel seemed very engineer/developer centric and less sales friendly than I had been led to believe. I tried to quickly get through the panel process because I realized how uncomfortable it would be to work there from a cultural perspective.
