End to end the interview process was very quick, but I had to meet with a lot of people during that time. Personally I really liked the approach, even if I was sceptical at the time - it was efficient and it meant that I had a real idea of who I'd be working with and whether I'd be a good fit. Some of the interviews were fairly informal, which was nice, and all were one on one interviews, no panel ones. I had to prepare a case study, which gave an insight of what sort of things would be expected of me. Overall, it was a really positive experience and I had a really good impression of the company after the process.

The interview process was very thorough. I had about 8 interviews, this may discourage some, but I find that organizations who take the time to have a candidate interview with different members of the team to ensure they are a good fit tend to have longevity with the organization.
